HowsIT — Module Specification Index

Przygotowano dla · 16 czerwca 2026 · Ważne do 7 lipca 2026

Prepared by Authentic Digital for Errol Caldeira, Verticals Consulting (SAL-1210).
This is the map of the HowsIT command-centre specification. Start with the executive PoC &
MVP definition, then open any module for its user stories and acceptance criteria.

There are no visual designs yet — these specs are grounded in the HowsIT PRD, the discovery
calls, and the lean MVP definition. Screen names are conceptual; the design phase follows.

PoC & MVP Definition (executive summary)

The strategic bet, the Wizard-of-Oz PoC, the build·fake·buy·defer matrix, and the staged
PoC → pilot → MVP path. Read this first.

The six near-term modules

Module 1 — Command Centre & Big-Screen Display

The glanceable, auto-refreshing live overview composed for 50"/4K screens and trade-show
stands. The core deliverable.

Module 2 — Interactive Venue Mapping

The spatial canvas — floorplan, zones and state-coloured pins. 2D for the PoC; spatial/3D is
the named Phase-2 differentiator.

Module 3 — Supplier & Vendor Status

Live supplier coordination across the verticals (F&B, Logistics, Tech/Entertainment,
Travel/VIP), each surfacing as a pin on the map.

Module 4 — Staff & Security Coverage

Team visibility and RFID-style zone coverage (simulated for the PoC), with coverage gaps
raising alerts.

Module 5 — Live Alerts & Incident Management

Pin-state alerts, an incident log, and a lightweight v1 export — "a red pin is the alert".

Module 6 — Operator & Organiser Mobile Layer

Role-based mobile/tablet views plus the operator input layer — SMS-to-wizard for the PoC, a
native app later.

Deferred (documented, not in near-term scope)

Crowd Entry & Ticketing · Attendee App · Multi-Sector Licensing & Self-Service Setup —
consistent with the MVP cut. These are real PRD areas, deliberately out of the first build.
